Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on the website of Unbothered Paris between:

  • Unbothered Paris, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”;
  • any individual purchasing products through the website, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.

By placing an order on this website, the Customer fully accepts these Terms & Conditions of Sale.

1. Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website at the time of the order, subject to availability.

The Seller strives to display product details and colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on screen settings.

Product photographs and visuals are non-contractual.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€), including VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are displayed before checkout confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the prices applicable at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Orders

The Customer will receive an order confirmation email after completing the purchase.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including:

  • previous disputes with the Customer;
  • suspected fraud;
  • payment issues;
  • obvious pricing or stock errors.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

Payments are securely processed through the payment providers available on the website.

The Seller does not store any banking information.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carriers or exceptional circumstances.

The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

Any customs duties or local import taxes remain the responsibility of the Customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returned items must:

  • be unworn, unwashed, and unused;
  • be returned in their original packaging;
  • include all original tags and hygiene protections intact.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear with removed hygiene protection cannot be refunded.

7. Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the Customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned items have been received and approved.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Legal Warranty

Products sold on the website benefit from legal warranties provided under French law, including:

  • legal warranty of conformity;
  • warranty against hidden defects.

In case of a defective item, Customers must contact customer service as soon as possible.

9. Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products or the website.

The Seller’s liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure, postal disruptions, carrier issues, or events beyond its control.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Unbothered Paris website are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal Data

Collected data is used solely for order management and customer relationship purposes.

Customers have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
